What did work: Instead of using the Aux switch to supply/remove power from the remote, I switched the design to have the Aux switch press/depress the OPEN button on the remote. First, I think the labels from stickerfab are great, but Ford missed a simple configuration on the aux switch to make labeling easier and more efficient. Then Stickerfab could be really knocking it out of the park.
