On May 12 I could call in (from work) - the phone would ring for about 4 times and go to voice mail. When I got home and tried to call my phone, again, it would ring and the "1" would turn red but the actual phone would not ring. I could leave a voicemail and that works fine. Everything seems to be working fine except that the phone doesn't ring.Some customers are experiencing calling issues. We are aware of the problem and hope to have it resolved soon.
