Ooma can't make outgoing calls but can receive incoming call since Feb 16. No changes was made on internet provide prior the problem occur. When I got home and tried to call my phone, again, it would ring and the "1" would turn red but the actual phone would not ring. I could leave a voicemail and that works fine.
