Cura had one version with tree supports that are comparable to Prusa's organic ones. It was the 5.3.0 Alpha + Xmas (or a title very similar to that). The tree supports in that version (and that version ONLY) were contributed by Thomas Rahm and they are awesome.PrusaSlicer supports generally have better quality and are easier to configure and remove. The 2.6 release of PrusaSlicer also brought organic support as a competent alternative to Cura’s tree support. Organic supports have a sturdier structure and leave minimal marks on the 3D print’s surface.

Prusa "Organic Supports" are based on this Tree Support 2.0 Fork for Cura btw. (Prusa adds a bit on top to improve them even further) If you're interested and can't wait or are too annoyed by Cura's default Tree supports, you can try them out over there.
