My use of YouTube on tv doesn't justify paying the subscription. But I'm looking for a free solution to block ads on the native YouTube tv app. I tried Adguard DNS on my router and it didn't work. I also tried setting another custom DNS on the tv Settings>Network>wifi>other networks>Advance wifi settings>enter manual DNS .It goes from 1080p to 480p when an ad runs for like 30 seconds then back to 1080p. I'm using ublock "twitch.tv##+js (twitch-videoad)" in my filter list, and TTV LOL extension is turned on (but I don't know if it's doing anything, it stopped working for many).
