You can certainly file a BBB complaint but file it against Asurion. Asurion provides their services for all kinds of electronic products for lots of vendors, it is not specific to AT&T. 0. Filed a claim and accidentally put the incident date as the 11th when it was in fact the 10th. For some reason I really believed Friday was the 11th. Anyway, that was the 1st time they denied my claim. So after calling Asurion, I fixed the date, filed my now 2nd claim, re did the affidavit docs and waiting to hear back. Again, I was denied.

I filed the claim and was told I would have to pay a deductible of over $100.00 before a replacement phone could be sent. Having no choice, I agreed. The answer: yes.
