Blackstone burner not lighting

Just received a brand new 28” 2 burner Blackstone. As much as I’d like to be posting photos in here, I’m running into an issue already. The right side burner just doesn’t seem to want to light with the ignition. Left one lights just fine, but nothing on the run. There IS gas flow. A match ignites it no problem..
