Engine dies after 2 mins, restarts after 2 mins, dies again, repeat. I have a Sportsman 700 (Either 2001 or 2002) that I'm trying to get back up and running and I need a little help. We now sit with the car in idle and have our foot ever so lightly on the gas pedal to counter the drop in RPMs and the chugging that we notice.EDIT: replaced with new Bosch CPS sensor from Rockauto. Fast forward to this afternoon, car died while idling in a parking stall again, unable to restart. While cranking, the tachometer needles moves up to 1000rpm, so I assume the crank position sensor is good. Opened the gas cap to see if there was vacuum in the gas tank, there was none.
