No, it wouldn’t charge me because the “good” pop up is a pop up saying you can’t reregister because you’re “already scheduled”. The idea is, someone who is already an RN cannot register to take the nclex. On the other hand, if you fail then you’ll be able to reregister meaning yes it’s going to charge you.
