I had every single seasonal challenge done other than Neomuna activities which was like 20% and it took me ALL DAY YESTERDAY to get that dumb shit finished, spamming as many patrols I could manage.I’ve only seen it once and it was day 1. I wasn’t close to high enough LL to attempt it. It's a really low spawn rate, it shows up as a PE in the director in the area when it's on tho. Just had one spawn. Game crashed on last portal -_-. I just got it, but strangely, the Public Event icon wasn't on the map.
