Mine arrived ISC Chicago on May 23rd. I submitted a Missing Mail Search on June 3rd. Someone suggested signing up for text and email updates. So I gave it a shot because what else do I have to lose. I signed up for two of them. One was in LA ISC, it moved within 3 hours of signing up. The ISC Chicago item moved within 48 hours. I contacted USPS by social media and was told that, "ISC is an independent agency of the USPS," and that I should contact a certain number for an international inquiry. I did and was told that ISC Chicago has nothing to do with the USPS. The Customs website says that ISC is a USPS facility and not a custom facility. I’ve had a package waiting at ISC Chicago since May 5th and still nothing! 3 days away from it being there for a full month! Ridiculous is an understatement! I heard ISC Chicago is notorious for being the slowest I filed a missing parcel package form and they said they would get back to me in 1-3 days so let’s see what happens from there. ….
