There is no improvement for the player in Superstar mode. Just minor gameplay improvements overall in Madden 24. Madden 24 gets a B- from me and I’ve been playing since it was PC only and it’s largest platform was the Tandy PC X86. I’m a loyal fan but even I can’t grade it any higher.
