One a 96 the other a 98. I tore the 98 apart and replaced the crank seals and did a top end. I also bench tested the oil pump and it worked fine. After reassembly I filled it with premix and it started and ran fine.

When it is first started, the voltage reads mid 12-13 volts at idle and 13-14 volts at 3000-4000 rpms. When it warms up, it still has 13-14 volts at 3000-4000 rpms, but at idle it drops below 12 ...
