I changed seals and gear oil since there was a leak in the front diff from the seal and it seems water got in with the fluid. So got everything done and back together but the service light is still on and now ...It has 83,000 mile on it and that says 30,000 or less for that condition. Chevy Mechanic: Chad Farhat. The truck seems like it went into neutral, after fiddling with the switch it seems like it went into 4lo. The transfer case is almost brand new.I have a 2004 Chevy Silverado 1500.
